Pantr ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pantr platform, accessible at getpantr.com and app.getpantr.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Name, email address, business name, role (restaurant, supplier, or driver)
Location data: Your address and GPS coordinates, used to calculate delivery distances and match you with nearby suppliers and drivers
Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We never store credit card numbers. We store Stripe customer IDs and payment method identifiers only.
Order data: Order history, items ordered, quantities, prices, and delivery details
Photos: Delivery confirmation photos taken by drivers at pickup and dropoff points, and supplier self-pickup confirmation photos
Driver documents: Vehicle registration, insurance, and license photos uploaded for verification
Communications: Messages exchanged between restaurants and suppliers through our negotiation chat
Usage data: How you interact with the platform, including pages visited and features used

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Pantr platform
To connect restaurants with suppliers and drivers
To calculate delivery fees and distances
To process payments through Stripe
To verify driver identity and vehicle information
To send order notifications and reminders
To improve the platform and fix issues
To comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as necessary to operate the platform:

Between platform users: Restaurants can see supplier names, products, and ratings. Suppliers can see restaurant names and order details. Drivers can see pickup and delivery addresses.
Stripe: Payment information is shared with Stripe for processing. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Supabase: Our database provider stores your data securely.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not share your data with advertisers.

4. Location Data

We collect your location to:

Calculate delivery distances and fees
Show you nearby suppliers in the marketplace
Share driver location with restaurant owners during active deliveries only

Driver GPS tracking stops automatically when a delivery is completed. You can disable location access in your device settings, but this may limit platform functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (such as payment records).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Export your data
Withdraw consent for optional data collection

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Row Level Security on our database, and secure payment processing through Stripe. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Pantr is a B2B platform intended for businesses and adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform.
